Cheryl Good, BA, MAT, CAEH combines her career as an educator and transformation advocate to support her clients in reclaiming their sexual sovereignty. As she healed from her own memories of childhood sexual abuse, she developed techniques to create inner safety, the prerequisite for all healing. She guides breath work, sound therapy, dialogue, and movement to shift clients from sexual shutdown to opening their primary connection to themselves. From this place, they discover their unique signature of sexual expression, the energy that creates all of life.
Cheryl is a Sedona resident who takes full advantage of Arizona nature offerings through hiking, camping, and boating. She is a professional flutist and dancer as well as a MELT instructor, a
self-myofascial massage technique to relieve pain and increase neurological efficiency.
